Participants also learn about how domestic violence can affect different groups i.e. immigrants, LGBTQ+, etc., and the services available to people or families that are survivors of domestic violence. Experts including attorneys, county workers, and domestic violence advocates, are also on hand to offer information on the process following the reporting of a domestic violence incident.
