Our Client Services team provides confidential, trauma-informed support to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. We meet survivors where they are, honor their choices, and work alongside them to create a path toward safety, healing, and stability.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Option House offers client-centered services designed to help survivors regain safety, confidence, and control over their lives. Services may include:
Our advocates can help you talk through what is happening, identify immediate safety concerns, and create a personalized safety plan for you and your family.
We provide one-on-one support to help clients identify needs, set goals, and connect with resources that support long-term safety and stability.
Understanding abuse is an important part of healing. We provide education on the dynamics of domestic violence, power and control, red flags, healthy relationships, boundaries, and safety.
Our support groups offer a safe and confidential space for survivors to connect, learn, heal, and build community with others who understand.
For survivors seeking protection, our team can provide information, support, and referrals related to Domestic Violence Restraining Orders and other legal resources.
When available, we help connect clients to shelter, housing support, food, clothing, counseling, public benefits, and other community-based services.
Domestic violence can impact every part of a person’s life: emotional safety, physical safety, housing, finances, parenting, relationships, work, school, and overall well-being.
At Option House, we believe survivors are the experts of their own lives. Our role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide support, information, advocacy, and options so you can make the choices that are safest for you.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you call. You do not have to be ready to leave. You do not have to explain everything perfectly. We are here to listen, support, and help you explore your next step.
Healing does not have to happen in isolation. Option House offers domestic violence education and support groups for survivors who are seeking encouragement, information, and a supportive community.
Groups may include discussions and activities focused on:
Understanding the cycle of abuse
Recognizing red flags and patterns of control
Building emotional safety
Strengthening boundaries
Rebuilding self-worth and confidence
Creating healthy relationships
Practicing self-care and healing tools
