Every October, communities across the nation come together to raise awareness about domestic violence, honor survivors, remember lives lost, and take action toward creating safer homes, relationships, and communities.
At Option House, Domestic Violence Awareness Month is an opportunity to educate, connect, and mobilize our community. Through outreach events, fundraising, community partnerships, and survivor-centered awareness, we are working together to support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence.
This year, we invite you to join us for a month of purpose, life, change, and hope.
Together, we can create a community free from violence.
This year, Option House has set a goal to raise
$5,000 during Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Funds raised throughout October will support Option House programs, outreach efforts, client needs, prevention education, and community awareness activities.
You can support by attending events, becoming a vendor, volunteering, donating, purchasing awareness shirts, participating in fundraisers, or helping spread the word.
